Our Asset Company Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur employs 570 people who work every day on two separate sites, Nice Côte d’Azur Airport and Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, carrying out many different tasks such as strategic management, marketing, sales development, technical development, airport engineering, operations and maintenance.

On February 15th 2022 Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur scored 99 out of 100 points on the Gender equality index, reaching the best scores in the categories gender pay disparity (39/40 points), individual pay rise disparity (20/20 point), promotion disparity (15/15 points), and parity amongst the 10 highest-paid employees (10/10 points).

This result is very important and is located within a framework defined by Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur’s Human Resources policy, which is grounded in diversity, equality and inclusivity, and encourages the development of skills and accountability.Skills development is indeed greatly important, as it focused on training and the dynamics of internal mobility. Accountability is encouraged through the setting of individual annual objectives.
