Our partner: who manages Grupo Costanera with us
In August 2012, we completed the sale of a 49.99% stake in Grupo Costanera to the pension fund, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB).
The partnership with CPPIB, already present in Chile’s infrastructure sector, strengthened Grupo Costanera’s position as the country’s number one motorway infrastructure operator.
Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments™) is a professional investment management organization that manages the Fund in the best interest of the more than 20 million contributors and beneficiaries of the Canada Pension Plan.
