Stefania Ratti is Chief Innovation Officer at Atlantia since May 9 2022. She holds a degree in Economics and Business from University La Sapienza in Rome. She has developed a rich professional history, which began in strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company and continued in the energy sector at Terna where she has held roles of increasing importance culminating in the responsibility for the governance of the Group's Innovation. She is committed to the development of women in management and is ambassador at SheTech, a community active in supporting women in the tech and digital world.
