Rome, 29 November 2012 - Atlantia announces that the rating agencies Moody’s and Standard and Poor’s have assigned the retail fixed-rate bonds (Atlantia TF 2012-2018 garantito da Autostrade per l’Italia; ISIN code: IT0004869985) the following ratings:
Moody’s: Baa1
Standard and Poor’s: BBB+
