Standard & Poor’s upgrades Aeroporti di Roma to 'BBB+' outlook negative

Rome, 2 December 2013 – Atlantia announces that today, Standard & Poor’s, has resolved Aeroporti di Roma “CreditWatch with positive implications”, dating back to 26 November, upgrading the Atlantia group subsidiary by 2 notches to 'BBB+', the outlook is negative.Hence, ADR rating is at the same level as Autostrade per l’Italia and Atlantia.
