Sale of 69.1% stake in Societa’ Autostrada Tirrenica completed

Rome, 28 November 2011 – Atlantia announces that Autostrade per l’Italia following the agreement reached on 13 May, 2011 and approvals from ANAS and Antitrust Authority, has today completed the sale of a 69.1% stake in Autostrada Tirrenica SpA.
