S&P changes to developing the outlook on Atlantia, ASPI and ADR ratings

CET 20.02 Rome, 12 August 2020 – The rating agency Standard & Poor’s, in relation to the recent developments communicated on 15 July after the Cabinet of Minister, affirmed the BB- rating of Atlantia and Autostrade per l’Italia and changed the outlooks to Developing from Credit Watch Negative. At the same time also the BB+ rating of Aeroporti di Roma was affirmed and the outlook placed at Developing.
