Replacement of members of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and the Committee of Independent Directors with Responsibility for Related Party Transactions

Rome, 14 December 2018 - Atlantia SpA announces that today’s meeting of its Board of Directors has decided that it will not, at this time, proceed to co-opt new members of the Board, in view of the imminent expiry of the Board’s term of office, which will coincide with approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.
