CET 12.02 Rome, 28 March 2024. Mundys today signed the extension from July 2025 to July 2027 and the increase from 1,5€bn to 2€bn of its revolving credit facility. The facility is designed to strengthen Mundys financial structure and is in line with Mundys commitment to sustainable business growth, following its conversion into a sustainability-linked revolving credit facility in April 2023.
The facility was agreed with a pool of Italian and international banks: Banco BPM, Banca Popolare di Sondrio, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas Group, BPER Banca, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo (IMI CIB Division), J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Royal Bank of Canada, SMBC Bank EU AG Milan Branch, Société Générale, UniCredit.
