Moody’s changes to Positive the outlook of Atlantia, Autostrade per l’Italia and Aeroporti di Roma ratings

CET 21.12 Rome, 7 June 2021 - The rating agency Moody’s, following the approval by the Shareholders' Meeting of Atlantia of the proposal of the Board of Directors for the disposal of the entire stake held in Autostrade per l’Italia, has changed to Positive the outlooks for Atlantia, Autostrade per l’Italia and Aeroporti di Roma ratings.
