Letter from CDP Consortium requests extension of deadline for final offer for 88% stake in Autostrade per l’Italia

CET 17.38 Rome, 1 February 2021 - Atlantia announces that late on 31 January it received a letter from the Consortium established by CDP that contains a request for an extension of the deadline for submission of a final offer for an 88% stake in Autostrade per l’Italia SpA until the end of February.
