Fitch places Atlantia, Autostrade per l’Italia and Aeroporti di Roma on Rating Watch Positive

CET 18.43 Rome, 4 June 2021 - The rating agency Fitch, following the approval by the Shareholders' Meeting of Atlantia - with the favorable vote of 86.86% of the capital represented - of the proposal
of the Board of Directors for the disposal of the entire stake held in Autostrade per l’Italia, placed Atlantia (holding) “BB” rating, Autostrade per l’Italia “BB+” and Aeroporti di Roma “BBB-” on Rating Watch Positive.
