Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: quorum required by law not reached for the extension of the term for the Plan of Demerger of Atlantia approved by the EGM on 15 January 2021

CET 16.45 Rome, 29 March 2021 – An Extraordinary General Meeting of Atlantia SpA’s shareholders, was held today. The EGM did not approve the extension of the term of the plan for the partial, proportional demerger of Atlantia SpA in favour of Autostrade Concessioni e Costruzioni SpA approved by 15 January 2021 EGM.
