Establishment of new company named “Autostrade Concessioni e Costruzioni SpA” to acquire assets resulting from spin-off of Autostrade per l’Italia

Rome, 3 September 2020 – Following the decisions taken at the Board meeting of 4 August, today’s meeting of Atlantia’s Board of Directors has decided to proceed with the establishment of a company to acquire the assets resulting from the spin-off, which will include a stake of up to 88% in Autostrade per l’Italia. The new company is to be named “Autostrade Concessioni e Costruzioni SpA”.
