Disposal of the entire stake in Lusoponte: exercise of pre-emption right by the other shareholders

CET 19.16 Rome, 16 August 2021 - Following on from the press release of June 25th, 2021 regarding the disposal of the entire stake (equal to 17,21% of the share capital and voting rights) held by Atlantia through its subsidiary Autostrade Portugal in the Portuguese concessionaire Lusoponte, Atlantia announces that the other shareholders Lineas Concessões De Transportes S.A. and Vinci Highways SaS have exercised the pre-emption rights in accordance with the procedure set out in the shareholder agreement currently in force.
