Atlantia’s Board of Directors: announcement regarding the offer for 88% stake in ASPI

CET 13.59 Rome, 23 April 2021 – With regard to the previous announcement of 16 April 2021, today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Atlantia, has decided to hold a further meeting in due time to take the necessary decisions regarding the binding offer to acquire Atlantia’s entire 88% stake in ASPI submitted by the consortium consisting of CDP, Blackstone and Macquarie.
