Atlantia meets financial community to announce strategic guidelines

CET 8.37 Rome, 15 June 2021 – Following signature of the agreement for the sale of our entire stake in ASPI, Atlantia has embarked on a series of meetings with the financial community. The aim is to present Atlantia’s plans for reinvestment of the new financial resources, the objectives behind the new dividend policy and the capital structure, based on the strategic guidelines previously announced on 12 March 2021 at the time of publication of the annual results for 2020.
