Atlantia: change in the information cointained in the 2022 calendar of corporate events

CET 18.27 Rome, 23 May 2022 – As a partial amendment of the information contained in the 2022 calendar of corporate events published on 20 January 2022, pursuant to article 2.6.2 of the Regulation of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., we inform that – in consideration of the total voluntary public tender offer concerning the ordinary shares of Atlantia S.p.A. promoted on April 14, 2022 pursuant to Articles 102 of the CFA - the conference call to present the 1H22 economic and financial results to the market, scheduled on 4th August 2022, will not take place.
