Atlantia acquires a further 10% stake in Triangulo do Sol

Rome, 14 November 2011 – Atlantia S.p.A. informs that, following the agreement reached with Leão & Leão and the approval of the relevant Authorities, it has acquired a further 10% stake in Triangulo do Sol on the same terms as those of the previous acquisition transactions completed in September 2011.
