Atlantia: Abertis reaches a binding agreement for the disposal of the minority stake (35%) in A’lienor

CET 8.32 Rome, August 26, 2021 - Atlantia announces that the Abertis group has reached a binding agreement regarding the disposal of the entire stake (equal to 35% of the capital and voting rights) of the French company A'lienor, concessionaire of the A65, Autoroute de Gascogne, held through its subsidiary SANEF.
