CET 13.50 Rome, 20 January 2022. The Board of Directors of Atlantia S.p.A. approved the 2022 calendar of corporate events confirming, for the same financial year, the practice of publishing, on a voluntary basis, the interim consolidated financial reports as at 31 March and 30 September with content substantially in line with that adopted so far.

20 January 2022 -  Board of Directors reviews 2021 preliminary consolidated results. Publication of FY21 preliminary consolidated results press release.

10 March 2022 - Board of Directors reviews Integrated Annual Report for 2021 which includes a separate and consolidated financial statements of Atlantia and the consolidated non financial report for the year ended December 31st, 2021. Publication of FY21 results press release.

Mid March 2022 - Atlantia’s Investor Day (the meeting will take place via video-conference ).

29 April 2022 - Annual General Meeting (single call).

12 May 2022 - Board of Directors reviews the Interim Report for the three months ended 31 March 2022. Publication of Q122 results press release.

4 August 2022 - Board of Directors reviews Interim Report for the six months ended 30 June 2022. Publication of H122 results press release and management conference call to present the economic and financial results to the market.

10 November 2022 - Board of Directors reviews Interim Report for the nine months ended 30 September 2022. Publication of 9M22 results press release.
