Assessment of independence requirements for Atlantia directors and resignation of one board member.

Rome, 9 July 2020– Today’s meeting of Atlantia SpA’s Board of Directors, chaired by Fabio Cerchiai, has carried out the periodic assessment of independence requirements for Atlantia directors.
At the end of the Board of Directors’s meeting Mrs Mara Anna Rita Caverni, Independent and non - executive Director of Atlantia S.p.A., also in charge of the Internal Control and Risk Management System and member of the Internal Control, Risk and Corporate Governance Committee has notified to the Company her resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and from the other offices held with effect from 31 July 2020 due to personal and professional commitments occurred.
