Agreement for the sale of Strada dei Parchi

Rome, 3 January 2011 – Atlantia S.p.A. announces that Autostrade per l’Italia SpA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, has reached agreement with Toto SpA for the sale of its 60% equity interest in Strada dei Parchi SpA, the company that holds the concession to operate the A24 motorway linking Rome with L’Acquila and Teramo and the A25 Torano-Pescara motorway.
