Abertis completes the acquisition of Elizabeth River Crossings in the United States

CET 21.18 Rome, 30 December 2020 - Atlantia informs that Abertis Infraestructuras, in consortium with Manulife Investment Management, has today completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the parent company that holds the concession of the Elizabeth River Crossings tunnels in Virginia.
